With nearly a decade of experience in the legal field, Kimberly has been a dedicated member of the firm since 2015, playing an integral role in client support and daily operations. A first-generation Guatemalan American, Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development with a concentration in Social Services from California State University, Stanislaus, giving her a strong foundation in communication, advocacy, and working closely with people from diverse backgrounds. These skills have translated seamlessly into her work in criminal defense, where empathy, discretion, and strong interpersonal communication are essential.

Known for her professionalism, compassion, and strong work ethic, Kimberly is committed to helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. She understands that individuals facing criminal charges are often experiencing some of the most difficult and stressful moments of their lives, and she is dedicated to making the process feel a bit easier. Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines and playing volleyball. She prioritizes staying active and spending time with her friends and family. She is always down for a new adventure and always willing to lend a helping hand.
